My mental health struggles with having really bad severe nerve damage from 2 pinch nerves in my

neck to my fingers to having double carpal tunnel surgery whilst still running my own successful painting business. Pain for me is taking a lot longer than normal and will still be a lengthy process. I don’t like to overshare much but words on a shirt is so over powering than a speech of words. It keeps me level headed and I know this journey will not be forever and it will be fixed but it gives me help. 
To anyone else that is going through a similar situation or totally different. You’re not alone and if you can’t reach out by talking to someone hopefully this very unique artistic creative voodoo doll can help.
